Strawberry Energy Bites
Ingredients
- 2 cups raw cashews
- ½ cup strawberries
- ¼ cup coconut butter
- 2 Tbsp maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla essence
- 5 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
- Pinch of nutmeg
- Chia seeds or coconut flakes for coating
Method
In a food processor, pulse raw cashews until they form a crumbled texture. Add in chopped strawberries and coconut butter. Pulse mixture. Add remaining ingredients and blend until they form into a batter. Place batter in fridge for 30 minutes or until firm. Wild Orange Power Bites
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
- 1 cup almond butter
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- ½ cup raw honey
- 2 Tbsp chia seeds
- 3 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
- ½ cup shredded coconut for coating
Method

Jaffa Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 8 medjool dates, pits removed
- 150g raw cashews
- 150g raisins
- 1 Tbsp Cacao
- 10 grams chia seeds
- 5 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
Method
Add dates into processor and blitz. Add cashews, raisins, chia and cacao and process until desired texture. Scrape down with spatula and give a little manual mix. Add doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil and stir through well. Put bowl into fridge for 10 minutes (this makes it less sticky and easier to roll). Roll into small bite-size balls. Lemon Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 Cup of almond meal
- 1 Cup of desiccated coconut
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp golden syrup
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- Finely grated zest of a whole lemon
- 10 drops of doTERRA Lemon essential oil
- 1/2 Cup desiccated coconut extra for rolling
Method

Green Peppermint Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw macadamia nuts
- 10 medjool dates- seeds removed
- 2/3 cup desiccated coconut
- 2 Tbsp raw cacao
- 1 Tbsp greens powder
- Dash pure vanilla essence
- 5 drops doTERRA Peppermint essential oil
- Shredded coconut
Method

Protein Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 170g raw almonds
- 170g raw mixed nuts (I use hazelnuts, brazil nuts, cashews)
- 60g chocolate protein powder
- 6 fresh dates, pitted
- 1 Tbsp of maple syrup
- 3 Tbsps of cacao
- 1 tsp natural vanilla paste
- 1 drop of doTERRA Cinnamon Barkessential oil
- Coconut for rolling
Method
Place nuts, cinnamon, protein powder, and raw cacao into processor until combined. Add ingredients and process again until the mix starts to come together. Lemon Lime Bliss Balls
- 60g cashews
- 60g almonds
- 40g dates, pits removed
- 30g coconut oil
- 20g desiccated coconut, plus extra to roll in
- 3 drops doTERRA Lemon essential oil
- 3 drops doTERRA Lime essential oil
Method
Add all ingredients food processor and combine well. Roll into balls and roll in coconut. Keep in an air tight container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks.
Ginger and Macadamia Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 250g gingernut biscuits, crushed
- 125g roasted macadamia nuts, chopped
- 3⁄4cup condensed milk
- 60g butter
- 1 1⁄2cups desiccated coconut
- 4 drops doTERRA ginger essential oil
- 1 Tbsp golden syrup
Method
Combine biscuits and nuts in bowl. Add the condensed milk, butter and golden syrup to a saucepan and stir over a low heat until combined. Stir into biscuit mixture. Form into balls and then roll in coconut. Refrigerate.
ANZAC Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup cashews
- 3 Tbsps cashew butter
- 3 Tbsps golden syrup (or maple syrup)
- 1 Tbsps vanilla bean paste
- 2 drops doTERRA Wild Orange essential oil
- 1 Tbsp water
- Extra coconut and oats for rolling
Method

Apple and Cinnamon Bliss Balls
Ingredients
- 1 pack arrowroot biscuits 205g
- 20g dried apples
- ½ Cup desiccated coconut
- ½ Cup (½ Can) sweetened condensed milk
- 3 Drops doTERRA Cinnamon essential oil
- Extra Coconut for rolling (optional)
Method
